Seeds-Spirulina Banana Coconut Crunch

Use organic…raw…fresh…when possible


1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds pepitas

1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds

1 banana, mashed

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

2 medjool dates, pitted

1/2 tsp spirulin


  1. Pulse pumpkin and sunflower seeds in food processor. Empty contents in a bowl.
  2. Pulse banana and dates until smooth in food processor.
  3. Add pulsed seeds and all remaining ingredients to the food processor. Pulse with food processor to combine and then shape mixture into small squares.
  4. You can place them in dehydrator until your your preference of crunch. I like them in just for a few hours.
  5. Enjoy!
