Soaking or sprouting almonds allows for the enzymes to become alive. Enjoy pure, raw almond milk without additives.
* 1 cup soaked raw almonds in 2 cups of water for 6-8 hours or overnight
* 3 cups water
* 1 teaspoon raw honey or raw agave or other sweetener of choice (optional)
Drain the water from almonds and discard. Do not use this water.
Blend all together in blender until smooth.
Strain through a fine strainer, nut milk bag or fine mesh.
Chill and enjoy in your cereal, smoothies, or straight up.
