Enzymes equal life force. When foods are cooked/heated above 116 degrees, the enzymes are destroyed. When enzymes are missing, the body has to draw the necessary enzymes to digest this dead food from the body organs which in turn become unbalanced. Processed foods not only have minimal or no nutrition, there aren’t any enzymes. Research shows that the lack of enzymes cause many diseases and many degenerative diseases. Fortunately eating raw food and/or taking enzyme supplements can help to restore our health along with connecting our mind, body, spirit and emotional bodies.
