You are going to find that depending on the size of your fruit and avocado, you will need to adjust amounts. So start out with less amounts and increase to your liking. The avocado will make this creamy. Enjoy!
1 ripe avocado
1/2 to 1 teaspoon liquid stevia
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 to 1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
ice according to taste
- In a blender, blend all ingredients except ice. Add more water if needed.
- Add ice and blend
Note for a protein smoothie, you can add one serving of the protein powder of your choice. You may need to add some additional water to blend properly.
