Use organic…raw…fresh…when possible
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds pepitas
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 banana, mashed
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 medjool dates, pitted
1/2 tsp spirulin
- Pulse pumpkin and sunflower seeds in food processor. Empty contents in a bowl.
- Pulse banana and dates until smooth in food processor.
- Add pulsed seeds and all remaining ingredients to the food processor. Pulse with food processor to combine and then shape mixture into small squares.
- You can place them in dehydrator until your your preference of crunch. I like them in just for a few hours.
